hello guys I have an installation problem for 5 days 1- it didn’t connect to the database, I asked for support, and instead of sending the flawless script, they asked for the files to install 2- after the installation I could not log in because the recapcha was turned on without configuration, and it was impossible to log in to the admin to configure it the support fixed it once again 3- so I went to configure the languages, I added the language, but the text box to translate does not appear, that is another defect that I’m already waiting for 2 days because the support is a holiday on Friday, and I haven’t been able to test everything yet , and they ask for patience! , I think this is a disregard for the consumer, since they have already installed it, they should check or leave the script that we download perfect for installation, but they prefer to prolong it by tidying up part by part, at support when I complained, they turned off the online chat and they are still annoyed, like If the BUGs are the fault of the customer, and I still bought the app, you can also imagine the stress I’m going through, because there is a time limit for refunds, I see that I’m going to stress and I won’t see the platform working perfectly, because the demo that we see here are with the buggy functions turned off, so it’s difficult and I’m still waiting for support to resolve the language translation, I also see that it will fill up with a support ticket, I’m reporting what is actually happening my last ticket is Ticket#870393, after that we went through, anger, stress, frustration a simple sorry and thanks for the patience should not compensate because the stress is much greater!
