That will be your json file name as it, like xyz. json, make sure to upload it into right folder as explained in the next step there.

Sim, afetará os usuários que já estão inscritos durante o próximo ciclo de renovação, que ocorrerá após um ano. Melhor ocultar o plano e criar um novo do que alterar a frequência do plano com assinantes existentes.

Hi SoftserveSolution , Can you add a way to see the progress when we add a file during the chat? Right now I can’t see if the file is uploaded or not and sometimes when I add a message it invent things that have nothing to do with file I uploaded “so I guess the file didn’t get uploaded”.

Hi,
Yes it will affect users that are already subscribed during their next renewal cycle which will be after one year. Better to hide the plan and create a new one than changing the frequency of the plan with existing subscribers.

If you are referring to the text generation, then I’m not sure if OpenAI supports Vietnamese at this moment, initially we had 35 languages, but after testing we had to remove 7 of them as OpenAI simply ignored them.

No, it will be applicable only to first charge. And discount is applicable to prepaid and lifetime plans only, which are one time payments anyways.

1 – to have access to all current features like extensions, you need to get an Extended license
2 – with extended license we provide free installation on cpanel/plesk panels, configurations of cloud vendors are up to you as they require your personal info and credit card info during registration with them

In User Management List From Admin Panel there is option of deleting users, But you should make a condition that no one can accidently delete its admin user, because now any admin can delete its own admin user and after deleting they will be in space…. so you should prevent that admin user can’t be deleted in any manner
